Mirabella Seattle is hiring for a Security Guard! You will provide general security through observation and reporting for all community property in an effort to promote a safe and secure environment while maintaining a progressive customer service culture. What you'll be doing: Demonstrate that Pacific Retirement Services’ (PRS) Core Values—excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration—are ingrained into all aspects of your role. Approach all interactions with residents, guests, and co‑workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner while performing gatekeeper duties, screening and directing all visitors, vendors, contractors, and members of the public. Provide limited traffic control on community streets and in parking areas, check vehicle security during off‑hours, and conduct regular patrols—on foot or by vehicle—through all common and public areas to ensure safety and proper security functions. Monitor surveillance systems, fire alarms, and emergency call systems; respond to alarms promptly, escalate issues appropriately, and assist staff during resident or employee emergencies. Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports, provide staff escorts during non‑regular business hours, and remain knowledgeable and calm when responding to emergency procedures Pay: $22.50 to $26.00 / hr DOE We’re in the business of taking care of others – so we want our employees to feel supported in all aspects of life.
