Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
minimum of 1year prior experience in a similar position.
Ability to communicate with staff, guests to their understanding.
Ability to follow hotel security standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Monitor exits and entrances, patrol the property on foot during the shift checking all designated points covering all 16 floors.
Be available to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and different shifts as required to meet the hotel operation.
Handles deliveries received during shift time.
Monitor surveillance cameras as assigned by the Director of Loss Prevention.
Respond to immediate incidents, alarms and comply promptly and effectively as per procedure.
Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, hazardous materials and other conditions following established hotel procedures
Ensure guest rooms doors are secured, assist guests with room access according to hotel policy.
Report to scenes of vehicle accidents, thefts and document information as per procedure.
Provide interdepartmental assistance during work hours to colleagues.
Monitors and patrol hotel area including car park to minimize opportunities for loss or damage.
Be available to work flexible schedule, including week-ends, holidays based on business of the hotel.
Monitors and patrols assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
Maintain confidentiality of all security and hotel reports.
To perform job duties as per hotel standards
Investigate alarm and comply with hotel security procedures.
In addition to the above responsibilities, any other job assignments entrusted by the hotel Management.
