Requirements

Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to demonstrate discipline and commitment to safety.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security risks
MUST have at least 1 year of security experience.
Valid BSIS Guard Card.
Possess a high school education or equivalent (GED).
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Baton, OC spray, & handcuff permits are required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular foot patrols to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to incidents and dispatch calls, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety in accordance with policy and law.
Contacting emergency personnel when necessary.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports on incidents.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, patrols, and observations.
