About The Position

Security Guard – Full-Time | Evening & Overnight Schedule Join Ginger Cove, a premier life-care community in Annapolis known for providing a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Security Guard to help maintain the safety and security of our community. Schedule: • Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM • Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM • 4-day work week • Consistent, predictable schedule What You’ll Do: • Conduct routine patrols of buildings and grounds • Monitor entrances, exits, and overall property security • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents • Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports • Assist residents, staff, and visitors as needed • Ensure doors and access points are secure • Provide reception desk coverage when needed Why Join Ginger Cove? • Stable, full-time hours • Consistent weekly schedule • Supportive team environment • Safe, professional work setting • Opportunity to make a difference in a senior living community

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Maryland driver’s license
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergencies

• Previous security experience preferred (not required)
