As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading Tech/Media/Telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to those onsite. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Requirements

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be certified in CPR. This may be completed post hire.
Be certified in first aid and/or CPR. This may be completed post hire.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents encountered during patrols.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local law enforcement when incidents or suspicious activities occur.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and direction as needed while maintaining access control procedures.
Monitor and report any irregularities, such as equipment malfunctions or unauthorized persons on the premises.
