At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, A Hilton Hotel, safety and security are top priorities. As a Security Guard, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our guests, employees, and property. Your vigilance and professionalism will help create a secure and welcoming environment for everyone. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Security Guard, you’ll maintain a safe environment at the hotel. In this role, you will:

Patrol the property and monitor security systems to detect and prevent incidents.
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and other security-related situations.
Assist with guest inquiries and provide information as needed.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Work closely with other departments to address safety concerns.
Complete security reports and maintain accurate records.
Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
The ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
