About The Position

Mint Cannabis is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by observing and reporting activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Requirements

Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
Valid Identification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year experience in security
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
Ability to travel between store locations

Responsibilities

Regular patrols of the premises are conducted to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security.
Provides and implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide first aid if necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and employees, addressing their concerns, and providing directions as needed.
Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
