About The Position

As a Security Guard - Full Time in Green Bay, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, perform security-related checks, and provide a visible presence that helps reduce incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, supporting mobile rounds and quick response across the property. You will communicate clearly with site teams, document observations, and reflect our agile, reliable, innovative culture built on teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and directing deliveries and contractors per site requirements.
• Complete routine reports and activity logs, report maintenance hazards and/or unusual conditions, and communicate observations promptly to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
