About The Position

The Security Guard position at The Terraces at Bonita Springs is a part-time role focused on ensuring the safety and security of the community. The guard will patrol the premises and monitor the gatehouse, providing support to residents and team members during evening and night hours. This role is essential for maintaining a secure environment in a gated community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience is preferred.
• CPR, AED & first aid certification is required (can be completed within the first 3 months).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the buildings and grounds to ensure security and safety.
• Monitor the gatehouse and control access to the community.
• Provide support to residents and team members during evening and night hours.
