About The Position

The position involves guarding property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry while assisting residents and visitors. The role includes patrolling the buildings and grounds periodically, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and grounds periodically.
• Sound alarm or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons.
• Permit authorized persons to enter the property.
• Relieve the Front Desk Clerk for lunch and assist the desk clerk at other times when necessary.
• Provide immediate first aid care to residents/employees and visitors.
