About The Position

Liberty Senior Living is currently seeking an experienced SECURITY GUARD to maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents. This position is part-time, working evenings from 11 PM to 7 AM, and involves various responsibilities to ensure the safety and security of the community.

Requirements

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must work independently with little direct oversight.
• Must be able to respond professionally and confidently in the event of an emergency.
• Must have computer and critical thinking skills.
• Background checks/drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.
• Monitor and control all traffic that enters onto the property.
• Verify the entry of visitors, vendors, family members, and residents onto campus.
• Respond to community residents in the event of an emergency.
• Ensure that the community property is monitored and secured.
• Work efficiently and effectively as the job requires varied tasks.
• Enter work orders as needed in TELS.
• Clear entry paths from storm debris as needed.
• Deliver newspapers to resident doors throughout the building.
