As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic technology location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential concerns.
Monitor for unusual activity or potential security-related threats, reporting observations as required.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with visitors, employees, and/or contractors as part of daily interactions.
Document incidents and routine activities according to Allied Universal guidelines.
Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and/or visitor authorization as needed.
