As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.
