As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Through visible patrols and ongoing interactions, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service to all individuals on site. Requirements

Being at least 21 years of age is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards encountered during patrols within the food and beverage production environment.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents, concerns, or site-specific matters.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials of personnel and visitors as required.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as part of Allied Universal's reporting requirements.
Comply with all company and location-specific training, regulations, and procedures relevant to the security-related post.
