As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic food and beverage location. Your presence and excellent customer service will help foster a welcoming environment for all. This is a driving post, where you will use your professionalism and communication skills to interact with staff and visitors, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.25 - $20.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related concerns according to established protocols.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the food and beverage production location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner as required by site procedures.
