As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activity, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology-focused location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points of entry to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required by site policy, and maintain orderly entry and exit processes.
- Complete detailed reports of security-related incidents, observations, and shift activities, and communicate status updates to supervisors and/or incoming personnel.
