As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Superior, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location. Your role involves maintaining a visible presence, monitoring assigned areas, and providing outstanding customer service and communication to everyone on site. This position requires a valid driver's license and involves driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, while following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe activity within the chemical and petrochemical environment to help to deter unauthorized entry and identify potential hazards.
Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Document incidents and observations accurately in reports and logs as required by the site and Allied Universal policies.
