  • Screen and log all visitors entering and exiting the complex.
  • Conduct routine surveillance and perform security patrols.
  • Contact law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency.
  • Check doors, windows, and gates after business hours to ensure property security.
  • Investigate reports of suspicious activity on the property.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Possess good judgment to handle day-to-day operations.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Security guard experience preferred.
  • Guard Card preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work without constant direct supervision.
  • Qualification in security training preferred.
  • Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment.
  • Ability to quickly respond to security threats.
