As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling commercial real estate locations to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license as you move throughout the property. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as guided by Allied Universal and client requirements.
Provide a high level of customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors within the commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or conditions to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or local authorities as required.
Complete detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities and incidents as directed by Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to occupants.
