We are looking for a Security Guard Supervisor for JBS that is located at our Mason, Ohio plant who will oversee security operations, manage guard staff, ensure safety protocols are followed, monitor surveillance, and respond to incidents to protect the facility, employees, and assets.

Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility
Learn all the jobs of your immediate staff
Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staff
Complete daily and weekly reports as needed
Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of staff; implement disciplinary procedures when necessary
Resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly and objectively
Direct communication with company and outside services
Work in the Order Management System/Shop Floor
Work with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic
Work with the Warehouse Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations
Maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks
Attend meetings as scheduled
Reports to Safety Manager
May assume other duties as assigned

Previous security related experience preferred but not required
Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required
10-key and computer skills required
Ability to handle conflict
Ability to think critically and problem solve
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Communication skills—written and verbal
Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred but not required
Self-starter and Team player
Strong leadership / management skills
Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
Reliable attendance record
Must be able to pass a Background Check
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Base salary range of $49,585-$60,000
