About The Position

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Security Guard Site Supervisor at a rate of $33.20 per hour. The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. This role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The supervisor will oversee staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 36 months.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff on assigned shift.
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports.
• Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
