Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or vendors entering the location, providing a professional and courteous presence at the front desk.
Monitor access to the building by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and/or employees, addressing inquiries and providing directions as needed.
Support security-related procedures by observing and reporting any unusual activities or potential concerns at the front desk area.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal and local authorities as required.
Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment at the location.
