As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a commercial real estate location. You will remain visible, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while monitoring assigned areas. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Primarily driving post is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related incidents as required by site procedures.
Collaborate with property management and/or tenants to address security-related concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors.
