Now Hiring Full Time Security Officers! MetroLink Platforms. Working in conjunction with a Metropolitan Transit Task Force and our client security teams. MetroLink security professionals provide safety and security of riders on the transit light rail system, station platforms throughout the Greater St. Louis region. Customer service skills are a high priority. This is an outdoor posted position. Duties will include post security until relieved.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Computer Literacy
• 1 year Security Experience
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather patterns (hot, cold, rain, etc)

Nice To Haves

• Ability to Lift 20+ Pounds
• Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
