As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver in Orovada, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and support a secure environment. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and permitting authorized personnel and/or visitors as required.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and personnel, providing assistance and information as needed.
Remain alert and attentive while patrolling, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
