Job Description As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver in Cartersville, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic food and beverage location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or security-related incidents.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or vendors with inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Support access control measures and monitor entrances and exits as required by site procedures.
