As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, being approachable, and providing outstanding customer service through clear communication. This position requires a valid driver's license and adherence to company driving policies, as you may be responsible for driving during patrols. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a technology and media environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business interiors and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
Monitor entry and exit points and observe for any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.
Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and management to address security-related questions or concerns.
Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual occurrences according to site and Allied Universal policies.
Participate in site-specific emergency response activities as needed.
