As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, support access points, and respond to alarms and/or unusual activity. Your visible presence and strong communication help to deter security-related incidents while delivering customer service to staff and visitors. Requirements

Client requires proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance and clear communication to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter checkpoints to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and observe entry and exit activity, verifying credentials and/or directing visitors according to site procedures.
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs, and communicate notable observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
