As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. This is a driving post, so you may move between areas as needed while providing a welcoming customer service experience for employees and visitors. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial services facility, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned.
• Monitor access control points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate check-in locations.
• Respond to alarms, calls for service, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed reports for incidents, patrol activity, and hazards observed, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and site contacts.
