  • Proven experience in a security management or similar role.

  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security management.
  • Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and client relations.

Responsibilities

  • Staff Management
  • Supervise and manage security guard staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate hiring processes for new guards, ensuring open availability for all shifts.
  • Maintain staffing levels to ensure coverage of all posts using flex guard staff as needed.
  • Manage and approve time cards for security staff.
  • Scheduling Oversight
  • Oversee and manage scheduling using TrackTik software.
  • Ensure all shifts are adequately covered and manage any scheduling conflicts or changes.
  • Coordinate with flex guards to fill gaps in the schedule.
  • Training Initiatives
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for security staff.
  • Ensure all staff are up-to-date with required certifications and training.
  • Client Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staff performance and service quality.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their security needs are met.
  • Technology Utilization
  • Use a variety of technologies and software, including TrackTik, to manage operations efficiently.
  • Ensure staff are trained in the use of relevant technologies and systems.
