About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer for multiple locations in DC, MD, and VA. The role requires a keen sense of observation to read the environment, anticipate risks, and act accordingly. As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The ideal candidate will have open availability to work mornings, evenings, and overnights, including weekends and holidays. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with varying days on/off based on site needs. A driver's license is required for most sites, and license sponsorship can be provided. The position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $22.18 per hour, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• At least 2 years of Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience.
• Active MD Guard Card or DCJS license.
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass an extensive background and drug screening process.

Responsibilities
