You will conduct routine patrols to help to deter security-related incidents, remain visible throughout the site, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the building and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any suspicious activity.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and team members to provide information and assistance as needed.
Follow site-specific protocols for technology, media, and telecom environments, adapting to varied working conditions as required.
