As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a retail location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and/or other unwanted behavior. Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual activity according to company and client guidelines. Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal supervisors to address any security-related concerns or needs. Assist with crowd management and/or line control during peak periods or special events as required. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
