Prime Group Shetland Park is seeking dependable, professional, part-time unarmed Security Guards/Lot Attendants to join our team. We are hiring for multiple positions across weekday, weekend, and evening/night shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good judgment, attention to detail, and observational ability
Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Prior security experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas on a routine basis
Perform building checks and property inspections
Observe, document, and report incidents, safety concerns, and unusual activity
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and urgent situations
Assist visitors, vendors, and tenants with directions and general property information
Monitor traffic flow during busy arrival and departure periods
Enforce parking policies and regulations in accordance with company procedures
Maintain a professional presence that reflects positively on the property and company
Complete routine reports and incident documentation accurately and on time
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
