As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role will include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining open communication with team members. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business area and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and support the protection of property and personnel.
Assist with site-specific tasks such as visitor management, truck gate operations, or other logistics-related duties as directed by site leadership.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
