As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, while responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Maintain detailed records and logs of observations, incidents, and activities during patrols and/or assigned shifts as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and on-site contacts regarding any incidents, observations, or concerns.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or clients with directions, information, and general inquiries while upholding the standards and expectations of Allied Universal.
