As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help prevent issues, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences within the location.
Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring entrances and exits as required.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client site protocols.
