About The Position

Security Guard I is responsible for ensuring safety and security excellence at all TCC operations in support of organizational mission. Specific responsibilities include: Directing clients, staff, and others to their destination. Monitor and control flow of people in and out of the assigned location. Ensure the professional appearance of the assigned location (etc. smokers, loitering, etc.).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the area of safety and security.
• Maintains applicable agency trainings.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of addiction and recovery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security compliance and access control.
• Compliance with and participation in local, state, and federal Security programs and initiatives.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of employees, clients, and visitors.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by Director.
