Job Description As a Security Guard - Residential Patrol Driver in Sacramento, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service within a residential community. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting a welcoming environment for residents and guests. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you will drive as part of your patrol duties. Join a team that values integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any security-related incidents or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
Assist residents, guests, and visitors with directions and general information as needed.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter unwanted activity.
Document daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
