As a Security Guard - Healthcare Patrol Driver in LINCOLN, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and utilize technology to support your duties. This is a driving position. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with facility protocols.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in a timely and accurate manner according to site requirements.
Collaborate with facility staff and emergency personnel as required during incidents and/or drills.
Remain alert to potential security-related concerns and report them promptly to the appropriate personnel.
