As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a government location. This position requires driving responsibilities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or security license is preferred.
This is primarily a driving post.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors and staff by providing information and directions as needed.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions or security-related incidents.
Prepare and submit incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and the location.
Follow post orders and instructions from supervisors to help support the security-related needs of the location.
