About The Position

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for over 70 years. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Class D License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification required.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Must be able to vary work schedule and work effectively in stressful situations.
• Required physical stamina for prolonged walking, sitting, standing and ability to assume awkward positions such as bending, twisting and stooping.
• Good vision, hearing, speech and manual dexterity for utilization of computer and other work related tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the safety and security of the facility.
• Secures the premises from unauthorized entry.
• Provides support and assistance to staff, patients and visitors.
• Prepares and submits reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Performs general duties in the protection of persons, property, and enforcement of all applicable policies, rules and regulations of Manatee Health, Federal, State, and Local Laws.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
