As a Security Guard - Full Time Patrol in Merry Hill, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the premises of a food and beverage location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, assist visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter areas within the food and beverage location to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents or concerns.
Assist with access control, visitor management, and adherence to site protocols as required by the location.
Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and collaborating with local authorities when necessary.
