About The Position

As a Security Guard - Full-Time Bank Patrol in Brookfield, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and respond to concerns with strong customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, clients, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned spaces; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and suspicious activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Monitor entry points and public areas, observe for unusual conditions, and assist with access control consistent with site requirements.
• Complete required activity logs and incident reports, communicate concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support investigations as directed.
