As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a dynamic tech and media location. You’ll support access control, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential threats.
Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and on-site teams to support a secure work environment.
Remain alert to changes in the environment and communicate any concerns to supervisors as needed.
