You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, respond to calls for assistance, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering strong customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, where agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity guide how we serve.
Requirements
- Security Experience ‐ 2+ Years.
- Client Requires Proof of HS Diploma/GED.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations; assist with badging and visitor processing as assigned by site procedures.
- Complete accurate shift reports and incident documentation, communicate relevant observations during shift changes, and support security-related investigations by preserving information and reporting promptly.
