Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with residents and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances within the residential community.
Assist residents, guests, and/or visitors with inquiries and provide directions as needed while upholding security-related protocols.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
