As an unarmed, driving Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine vehicle and foot rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and responders, and deliver customer service with professionalism. Requirements

A minimum of 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and telecom location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and promptly notify site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and conditions.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by post orders, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or tailgating.
Complete accurate reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.
