You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and engaging in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, especially within technology, media, and telecommunications settings.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and/or unauthorized access within the premises.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on patrol and during incident response.
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related needs and concerns specific to the location.
