As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet team members and shoppers, respond to concerns, and share clear updates with site leadership. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to store associates, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of the sales floor, stockroom, receiving areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and loading and/or delivery areas, checking for unusual conditions and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts when appropriate and requesting assistance from management and/or public responders as needed.
- Complete routine reports and documentation such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol observations, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff.
